Our Effective Process Works!

We partner with your sales team.

Whether we are generating leads and sales appointments or beginning the building of your sales pipeline - we use a contact list provided by you.

The quality of the list is a critical factor.  You may have an in-house database OR you can acquire a list of businesses that meet your criteria – from a list provider.

It’s good to start by setting a target start date for the calling program;   and then fill in the details prior to the launch date.

Once we have a target starting date for lead generation - we place your B2B project in the project planning que.  Next, we need the collateral – white paper, web pages, marketing brochure – listing features and benefits. It’s beneficial to have a list of your competitors, as we will likely hear those name during the calling schedule. Also – what is different about the competitor – from your own product/service?

Once we receive payment - the project is officially scheduled.

Pricing factors include size of list, complexity of script, number of multiple attempts for calling each contact.

Data Base Management

Database technology includes ACT, Sales Force and other online options.

You receive a final report for projects with a set duration and weekly reports for ongoing projects.  Leads are sent daily and summarized weekly.

Technology & Collateral

As a follow up to our calls, frequently emails are sent so that the contact has more details than what we might leave in a voice message and/or the contact requests the information be sent in email format.

Emails can be sent multiple ways:

  • We send requests for emails to your key contact
  • You provide us with a dedicated email address on your server and we send out an email similar to the letter (co-designed by you and us or that you sent)
  • We use our local email program. OR, we use an Outlook Exchange or other online email platform that you set up.

Snail Mail

When letters, invitations and promo collateral are sent via snail mail - the calls are scheduled to follow the mailing arrival within a reasonable span of a few days.  OR - you may prefer that no print mailing be done and that only emails are sent as requested.

Faxing Options

In today's climate - it's rare to have requests for faxes; however, when this does occur - faxes are best sent from your business.

For pilot projects, when we set an appointment - we will only interface with your sales team's calendar if we have online access to it.  Otherwise, we ask the prospect for suggested times and let the prospect know that your sales team will contact to set up and specific time and date.

When the pilot moves into an ongoing extended program – we can fine tune the process.
